4月24日、ドイツのコンラート・アデナウアー・シュテフトゥング財団日本事務所のパウル・リナーツ代表とマルコ・クライッチ氏が衆議院議員会館を来訪し、#金子道仁 国際局長および #岩谷良平 衆議院議員と会談を行いました。

会談では、同財団の制度的特徴や活動内容、日本維新の会の政策、さらには日独双方の政治・選挙戦略について幅広く意見交換が行われました。

冒頭、パウル代表はアデナウアー財団の位置づけについて、「ドイツには政党ごとに理念的に近い政治財団が存在する」と説明しました。また、ドイツにおける複数の政治財団の起源については、第二次世界大戦後の民主主義教育の必要性が背景にあり、議会制民主主義の定着や市民教育を目的として設立された経緯を述べました。

日本維新の会からは副首都構想について説明が行われ、災害時のバックアップ機能や経済成長拠点としての意義が示されました。これに関連し、金子国際局長と岩谷衆議院議員は、「副首都構想における税制措置と規制緩和を通じてドイツ企業からの投資を期待している」と述べました。

最後に、ドイツの選挙におけるSNS等のソーシャルメディア戦略について言及され、日本の選挙の政党戦略についても語り合いました。

今後も日独双方の政治実務に資する継続的な対話の重要性が確認されました。
