@SouthwestAir I would like to enjoy actually getting on a flight! 14 hours worth of delays and multiple cancellations don’t really allow you to enjoy those “in flight experiences” !
@SouthwestAir Wow guess I should’ve used the 3 cancellations and 14 hours of delays today to make a new friend! What a GREAT suggestion! I guess having to rebook for a 4th time and have 2 layovers instead of my original direct flight that was cancelled without explanation will have to do!
@SouthwestAir I would love to hear about your battle plan to conquer your crumbling customer service. I have been a loyal southwest customer for years. That will be changing after the TERRIBLE experience I have had tonight.
@SouthwestAir I would LOVE TO except that you’ve cancelled 3 different flights that were supposed to get my to my destination today and now I won’t get there until tomorrow if you don’t cancel that one too! So much for my direct flight and hello to 2 layovers. Do better.
@SouthwestAir I would be going to Baltimore, MD but you have cancelled 3 different flights that were supposed to get me there and instead I now have to take a flight with 2 layovers when my original one was direct to get to my destination 14 hours later than I was supposed to!
@SouthwestAir I have been stuck in the Denver airport for 8 hours and will be here for at least 4 more due to 3 different flight cancellations and multiple re-booking attempts. Delays for hours without disclosed reasoning that lead to unexplained cancellations… do better.
