@bookingcom my students arrived tonight to London from Leeds. They booked a room and it was a scam. @bookingcom refunded the money but now they are stranded with no accommodation and they can't speak to a manager. This needs to be sorted.

@bookingcom Yes. They did find an alternative. They all travelled to another place to find out it was 28 yr olds plus. They are all early 20s. No further help followed

@bookingcom Call? We called several times and every time your customer service disconnected the call after several minutes of ys waiting. We sorted accommodation ourselves (at great expense last min. in London).

Stuck on a BA plane at Gatwick in 32 Degree heat and we are told the ground air system is not working on this plane and we are delayed by an hour now. Why use this plane in this heat if u knew that? Who knows what the cabin temp is. Unbearable and unacceptable. @britishairways
