Hey @AmericanAir, how does First Class service include sending bags to the wrong state, leaving passengers without luggage for days, and then making them drive 3 hours to pick up their own bags? Asking for a vacation you ruined. #DeltaWouldNever
@British_Airways First time flying British Airways… spent ~$15K on Business Class and got rude, dismissive service from THREE agents at BNA. No help, no info, nothing. Lounge food was honestly embarrassing. This is the “premium” experience? #BritishAirways
@XfinitySupport y'all ought to be embarrassed about how bad your customer service is...you dont even know if you're having an outage or not! Disgraceful. Pretty bad when you're making @NESpower look good!
@Hertz Are you serious right now?? If I log in with my account (Gold Plus President's Circle), the price for the rental goes UP by over $250??? That is how you reward loyalty???
@SouthwestAir So it was 90° when I took off and 90° when I landed...approximately 85° at least in the cabin. And you're telling me I can't unzip my dog's carrier for 2 seconds to give her some water??? That's abuse. And your flight attendants are horrible & aggressive. Do better.

didn't think it was possible to have a worse rental experience than going with Hertz. But this! Wow! Will never rent with AVIS. Ever! Keep the $50 cancellation feel...you obviously need it more than I do. #Shady#HiddenFees#Liars
@Hertz After an absolutely horrific rental experience in Charleston, you have the nerve to charge me an additional $96 two months later? And then will not respond to emails when I ask what this is! You are the worst, HERTZ!!!
