@geek49203@NASCARonReddit Respectfully, I am aware of the ownership changes having first gone there in 1969 with my parents. I only mentioned the name that is on the wall in the photo was when they tried to align the name with the other speedways Roger Penske had owned before they put it back to MIS.
@BoziTatarevic Let’s see if he or any other F1 driver wins next year when F1 is no longer on ESPN. Let’s see if this is even a category next year when ESPN has no motorsports.
@BoziTatarevic Thank you for your explanation. But, man do I wish they would find a way to just break up the pack into smaller packs. A 40 plus car lead pack just hoping no one messes up is not really racing for me. I miss when actually having a faster car mattered more than luck.
@DailyDownfords Why replace any? Why not just add to? Treat them similar to when Trucks started. Besides I still think they are testing the waters with the body style as much as the EV powertrain. It’s naive to think they don’t see the vehicles arriving to the tracks and no new bowtie cars.
@TNMoost@bobpockrass That’s been my opinion for a while now. That they are testing the waters for the body style as only the Camry and the Mustang are sold to the public and Chevrolet has no other car than the mid-engine Corvette.

@nascarman_rr The 1985 455 pounds of front end lift must have been white knuckle driving for some. The rest had some real stones to keep the go pedal matted at Daytona and Talladega.
@jeff_gluck It doesn’t matter as fans will complain regardless. The last full season champion, Matt Kenseth, only won 1 race that season which led to various playoff formats. For some the playoffs have lessened Jimmie Johnson’s championships.
