@Avis worst experience of my life renting a car, rented a type of car the it wasn’t available, then returned earlier and didn’t get the 3 days I didn’t used because it was prepaid…it seem that I’ll keep renting from @nationalcares and @AmexBusiness I would stop offering Avis

My last 4 family trips with @delta all had a delay or a change due to technical issues or lack of staff. You keep on removing benefits for frequent flyer members and lowering your service levels....not good
