We are sad to announce that our friend, mentor and boss, Dr. Linda Gilbert, passed away earlier this afternoon. Dr. Gilbert has served MCS & the community with compassion and fervor for many years. She was a dedicated mother, grandmother and educator and will be truly missed.

Really enjoyed the PD session with @gregtangmath, @CindyCliche1, and @MCScommunicates teachers earlier this afternoon. We can't tell our kids to 'never stop learning' if we don't walk that walk as well.

We challenged our @PittardPride students to pass 300 #iReady lessons last week. Hit the goal and Mr. Bryson would dye his hair. They responded by passing well over 700 lessons!
