@taylornation13 Happy for people who got tickets, but I had a merch boost and Lover tickets, got through the queue just to be kicked out and moved to the back, and then TM kept telling me it couldn't do anything on my device. It was horrible and needs to be addressed
@TMFanSupport I got to the front of the queue for TSwift tickets, "something went wrong," kicked me to the back of the queue. When I got through again, it couldn't complete the transaction on my device. Now I'm out tickets bc of your complete failure
@potterybarn its been 5 months since I ordered my couch and still don’t have it. Been told it will get to hub “in the next few days” for 2 wks. 0 communication from you the entire 5 months. I’ve paid for it but have no idea where it is or when I’ll get it. This feels like theft.
@FedExHelp my package keeps getting delayed (now it’ll be a week later than initially promised) and I won’t have it in time to give as a gift. Why does PA to northern VA take 11 days?
