On July 7, 2022, Joshua Caldwell, 40, of Independence, was arrested by @KCPD Det. Kyle Wallace for 4 counts of Possession of Matter Portraying Sexual Performance By a Minor. Caldwell is being held in the Kenton Co Detention Center on $10,000 cash bond.
