ବିଭିନ୍ନ ଜିଲ୍ଲାର ନିର୍ବାଚକ ପଞ୍ଜୀକରଣ ଅଧିକାରୀ (ERO), ସହାୟକ ନିର୍ବାଚକ ପଞ୍ଜୀକରଣ ଅଧିକାରୀ (AERO) ଓ ଡେପୁଟି କଲେକ୍ଟର (ନିର୍ବାଚନ) ମାନେ ମୁଖ୍ୟ ନିର୍ବାଚନ ଅଧିକାରୀ, ଓଡ଼ିଶାଙ୍କ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଳୟ ଦ୍ୱାରା ଆୟୋଜିତ ଏହି ଅଧିବେଶନରେ ଅଂଶଗ୍ରହଣ କରିଥିଲେ। ଏଥିରେ ସ୍ୱତନ୍ତ୍ର ସଘନ ସଂଶୋଧନ (SIR) ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟାରେ ERO ଓ AERO ମାନଙ୍କର ଭୂମିକା ଓ ଦାୟିତ୍ୱ ବିଷୟରେ ଆଲୋଚନା କରାଯାଇଥିଲା।
