Shocking hypocrisy at Bhabha Sanitorium, Bandra!
While @BombayParsiPunchayet (BPP) claims to want repairs for water leakage, they've ignored our pleas for YEARS—leaks, structural damage, and zero maintenance despite repeated complaints.
Yet BPP actively SUPPORTS certain tenants to ENCROACH into other flats, even though there's an ongoing court case confirming BPP is NOT the rightful owner of the property!
To top it off, the slopes/roads here are in such deplorable condition that emergency vehicles like ambulances/fire trucks CANNOT access the premises in case of crisis. Lives are at risk!
If BPP truly cares about residents, why the selective favoritism and neglect? Why enable encroachment while genuine issues rot?
Demand immediate investigation into BPP's actions and police bias favoring encroachers. Residents deserve safety & justice!

Illegal Encroachment of Bhabha Sanitorium by the Trustees of The Bombay Parsi Panchayat
With the help of D.D. Tripathi of @aonecaretaker
Since the past 3 months, lots of complains have been made at the @BandraPS. The case of property encroachment is going on in the court and the trustees of the BPP have been bribing multiple influential people to harass the tenants who are fighting against the BPP.
As you can see in the photos and videos below Bhushan Kamtekar and the women security working for @aonecaretaker have been illegally without the courts permission opening the rooms in the property, set up CCTV cameras, and destroyed private property since they have encroached.
The @BandraPS have been informed about their wrong doings and yet no strict action has been taken against them.
They have also went to the extent of coming up to our house and threaten my parents who are senior citizens.
UPDATE:
On 27/10/25, @aonecaretaker attempted to install CCTVs at Bhabha Sanitorium. When we called @MumbaiPolice, the senior asked us for a court order to stop them, yet didnt ask the security team to show any court order authorising such installations.
At the police station, a guard named Bhushan Singh from @aonecaretaker made the senior inspector speak to someone over the phone and dropped a few influential names - after which the police conveniently sided with @aonecaretaker.
What kind of justice is this @MumbaiPolice@CPMumbaiPolice?

On 8/10/25 11 am, I was assaulted at my own home by a female security personnel named Pooja Giri from @aonecaretaker. Despite warning her to stay away she slapped and twisted my hand. When we went to @MumbaiPolice they refused to file an FIR and let the accused go.
This isn’t an isolated event, another senior citizen was beaten the same day at 4pm on her shoulder and ear by 3 female security from @aonecaretaker.
@MumbaiPolice calls it a civil matter and refuses to get involved. But is physical assault not a cognizible offense? How many more residents have to be hurt before action is taken?
The case is in court for the property and since 2 months we have gone to the police for help. But the police has been telling the residents to get a court order against the security. On the other hand, police has not been asking the security for a court order.

Dissent in the BPP
The fragile peace that characterized the functioning of the BPP appears to be shattered. Three trustees, have written to chairman Viraf Mehta expressing their dissent and disapproval of the chairman’s style of functioning.

Yesterday, 7th October, the A1 group security illegally broke a door inside Bhabha Sanitorium. You can see in the videos and images that inspire of the police being there did nothing.
@MumbaiPolice is this the kind of justice that you aim to serve to the people?
