@temperedreason @helium_mobile Yeah, the rewards system seems to be trash for me. The original issue kinda resolved itself but I'm having issues again. For the last month or so, I have to relaunch the app multiple times a day if I want any chance of getting my rewards.

@amirhaleem @bizbiteboy @PhilCrypto77 Is there a cap on "rewardable data" for the. Like there is for hotspots? If not, where does the money come from? I'm opporating totally on a hunch here, but I assume the vast majority of the data is currently going through them, not mobile hotspots.

@helium_mobile @wedtm I feel like the question is being misunderstood. No MNO service + no Helium hotspot that allows unrewarded data + plan over rewardable limit = no Helium service. Correct, or am I missing something?

@helium_mobile I waited a few minutes to see if it would resolve itself but it didn't. Then I force closed the app and reopened. My balance was still the same but my pending rewards were back and so was my free claim. No problem, tried to claim again but then it says I've used my free claim.

@helium_mobile Unfortunately, there seems to be some issues... I tried to claim and it said I claimed and everything was good. My pending rewards changed to 0, and my free claim went away, but my wallet balance didn't increase.
