@ArmstrongGN @JJ123452022 As a former Ottawa senators fan 99- 05 now living in Toronto… I eat this up every year… mmmm 😋

[Chef Kendall @KCollingridge]

@GOtransit how about holding yourselves to your service guarantee also? 65c bus finally shows up 20 minutes later and driver still charging customers unless you actually challenge them citing your service guarantee. You want people to take transit? Then treat them like customers

[Chef Kendall @KCollingridge]

@GOtransit 65c direct bus delayed until???? No one knows, customer service can’t give us a time, no update sms message, no update on gotransit website… honestly what’s going on over there? About 30 customers waiting at aurora station for a express bus to union that’s Mia

[Chef Kendall @KCollingridge]

@CP24 At least they’re consistent with losing stuff

[Chef Kendall @KCollingridge]

[Chef Kendall @KCollingridge]

@GOtransit @kenbuisman Could you please update the online schedules/ station schedules/ even the bus I got on which said UNION STATION… this is incredibly poor management…

[Chef Kendall @KCollingridge]

@Therisa @CP24 They’re now in the process of twining the rail lines which will bring 15 minute all day service apparently.

[Chef Kendall @KCollingridge]

@Brotchen_lynx @hlysprtIV @CP24 Whoa, whoa there… that all depends what colour you are

[Chef Kendall @KCollingridge]

@the_dadchef @JohnGon65765765 Once rested, blot dry with paper towel. Hard sear in super hot cast iron and serve right away. No need to rest a second time. Better than Sous vide in my opinion

[Chef Kendall @KCollingridge]

@the_dadchef @JohnGon65765765 Reverse sear. Season with salt and pepper, set oven to 350*f and cook it to about 5*f within temperature. For picanha top sirloin there’s a good fat cap but little marbling inside the meat so I would reccomend med rare 120-125*f. Remove from oven and let cool to room temp.

[Chef Kendall @KCollingridge]

@jameserwilk @TTChelps They’re trying to find the floppy dish that bill saved it to…

[Chef Kendall @KCollingridge]

@JustTerrifying They’re seeing eye to eye now…

[Chef Kendall @KCollingridge]

@CTVNews @HeatherCTV So if police show up and fear for their life this is justified… but a homeowner does this and it’s murder GTFO this shit is ridiculous

[Chef Kendall @KCollingridge]

@JohnLorinc Fill that sucker with water and that’s a party on wheels in the summertime.

[Chef Kendall @KCollingridge]

@TheBeaverton

[Chef Kendall @KCollingridge]

@JoJoFromJerz Check out “reverse sear” cooking method for steak.

[Chef Kendall @KCollingridge]

@faineg Who honestly asks for that and then complains it’s too hot? 🤦‍♂️

[Chef Kendall @KCollingridge]

@blogTO Funny I just bought 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts for $13 at sobeys today. Total weight was 1kg
