@Uber_Support - You have charged my account 5 TIMES without permission for an Uber Pass that I cancelled 5 months ago. Please reimburse my account for the amount of $52.95. I've cancelled my card from your Uber App yet you are still charging my card. This is fraud.
@Uber_Support@UberEats - Your Customer Service is JOKE! You have (9) Customer Service numbers and none of them work!! If something goes wrong with one of your customers you don't do anything about it and only deflect the situation as if nothing happened.
@UberEats@Uber_Support - Youโve overcharged my account now 4 times. Iโve tried reaching out to customer service support on Uber Help without any replyโs. Please refund this money ASAP from the Uber Pass that I cancelled Monthโs ago.
@lindsayg5@PrometricGlobal@Lindsayg5 - I am so sorry to hear that. Prometric clearly does not have a plan of action in place to assist with their paying applicants during a time like this. What we need most from them right now is leadership and accountability.
