Taking inspiration from Hunderstwasser and local architecture, Year 7 have been busy crafting these beautiful ceramic tiles in their art lessons. We are really proud of all their efforts.
In November Ms Grundy represented KDHS at the UK-German Connection Conference in Mainz. We now have a partner school, Möörkenschule, which is located in the north of the country. Our Y8 & Y9 students have been preparing Hanukkah cards for our new friends in Germany!
Charlie in Year 9 continues to excel in trampolining. At the recent North West Championships he won three gold medals, including individual gold for U14. We are so proud of his talent and dedication to this sport. Well done Charlie! 🥇🥇🥇
We had an incredible curriculum enrichment visit to Berlin with the Y9 and Y10 Germanists. The Olympic Stadium, Sachsenhausen, TV Tower & so much more. The students were fine ambassadors for KDHS and they have taken so much from this incredible city. Huge thanks to the MFL dept!
It was exciting to hear the news this morning that King David High School has won Comprehensive School of the Year in the Northwest 2025 in this year's Sunday Times Parent Power schools guide!

The Art Dept are keen to share that Dylan W (Y8) has produced this independent piece of work in low relief using textured materials including modroc and string. This is a visual response to the theme of the sea.
