[Katie Darrington @KDarringtonOT]

Thank you to all who have participated in the OT chat tonight, all of your contributions were really appreciated :) #otshu

[Katie Darrington @KDarringtonOT]

@prilly84 @colemanshu1 @RRenable I also use Gibbs, it is clear and allows for enough depth #otshu

[Katie Darrington @KDarringtonOT]

@colemanshu1 @RRenable Yes, I think this is why I find more structured reflections easier to complete as they ensure I complete this section

[Katie Darrington @KDarringtonOT]

@Amz_OT @han_cross15 I agree, I think sharing new ideas of different ways of maintaining individual CPD's would benefit all #otshu

[Katie Darrington @KDarringtonOT]

Question 4 #otshu https://t.co/6kefZpTth2

[Hannah Cross OT @han_cross15]

As our final group question, how as a cohort can we support each other to maintain our cpds? #otshu

[Katie Darrington @KDarringtonOT]

@RRenable I'm similar Rachel, I have to remind myself to talk about what I have learnt from the situation #otshu

[Katie Darrington @KDarringtonOT]

@colemanshu1 @Amz_OT @shuTAPtalk That's a good idea, following the list you could pick two or three of them to reflect in more detail about

[Katie Darrington @KDarringtonOT]

@Amz_OT @shuTAPtalk Yes, I don't think it will take much time it will be a case of remembering with such a busy schedule #otshu

[Katie Darrington @KDarringtonOT]

@Amz_OT @shuTAPtalk I'm the same Amy, I think it will be time being the major issue and I think scheduling it in is a great idea #otshu

[Katie Darrington @KDarringtonOT]

@han_cross15 I find it much easier to use compared to pebblepad #otshu

[Katie Darrington @KDarringtonOT]

using arrows connect to keep all of my CPD together I think will help me with keeping up to date #otshu

[Katie Darrington @KDarringtonOT]

Question 3 #otshu https://t.co/dMraRUflM9

[Amy White @Amz_OT]

#otshu how do we plan to maintain our CPD in the first six months post qualifying?

[Katie Darrington @KDarringtonOT]

@colemanshu1 Yes,I have been trying to note when I have attempted it again the aspects recognised and changed improved the situation #otshu

[Katie Darrington @KDarringtonOT]

I find it much easier to reflect on situations that haven't gone how I had planned them to compared to those that do #otshu

[Katie Darrington @KDarringtonOT]

@han_cross15 I have mainly kept online reflections backing these up with evidence. Little but often I try and keep to

[Hannah Cross OT @han_cross15]

How has everyone maintained their CPD throughout university? #otshu

[Katie Darrington @KDarringtonOT]

I find it hard to document all my reflections as I prefer to verbalise my reflections with my educator #otshu

[Katie Darrington @KDarringtonOT]

as well as all of the formal aspects of CPD I use it also as a reminder of all that I have achieved #otshu

[Katie Darrington @KDarringtonOT]

CPD allows service users can put their trust in the profession as it ensures they are up to date with regulations #otshu

[Katie Darrington @KDarringtonOT]

@Amz_OT For me I believe as well as evidencing and enabling reflection on important events it also allows recognition of progression #otshu
