Following a meeting yesterday we had a team building session. Colleagues worked with people they wouldn’t usually work with and rose to the #EggDrop challenge! Much fun was had, some competitiveness and a little sabotage!

It was great to welcome @Steve @TheGymGroup to the depot, who came to talk about common injuries sustained in our industry. Our colleagues really engaged with Steve and learnt about relieving pain, stretching and rehabilitation.
