So, I took some time to look into the website "Gazette Africa" that’s reporting the news about the UK and US declining Nigeria’s request to proscribe IPOB.

The website, https://t.co/DizAVfxhnL, was created on October 13, 2025. If you check the menu, it’s extremely bare and poorly designed. What really stood out, though, is that when you click on the "Contact" page, it leads to a 404 error.

There’s no known address, and no social media handles either. It’s completely anonymous, which only raises more suspicion. It’s clear this site is set up to deceive, making it look like a legitimate news outlet when it’s just a front for spreading propaganda.

It’s just another fake website created by IPOB to spread falsehoods, trying to make it look like it’s coming from a trusted news source.
