After 44 years with@BankofAmerica I am appalled with their customer service.We were overcharged $530 for an 8 mile cab ride in Scotland on our Alaska Visa.Receipts for cab fare were not an option.@BankofAmerica rep told me because we didn’t get a receipt we had been scammed.
