I've never used voice to text - how did it activate?? How did it send?? WHY IS IT ALL IN CAPITALS?!?

@SoEnergyUK my electricity cuts off daily (or more) after installation of incompatible smart meter 10 days ago (confirmed by electrician). I call, fobbed off, no one calls back! I email, no one emails back! Freezer defrosted multiple times. How do I escalate outside So Energy?

@yorkherbalist @CGuilding I just remember things, but without pictures! I used to do mind maps for a while and would remember that off one concept there were, say, 3 related concepts (visual blobs) which helped with structure and not missing things.
