This is BIG because for schools it not only specifically references ASHRAE 241 as the guide to follow, but also advocates for the use of portable filters (HEPAs)!

This is around forced infection re: mass mycoplasma pneumoniae (walking pneumonia) which one of my sons now has as well as Strep.

The incubation period is 1-4 weeks. Without being able to keep kids home that entire period and w/o mask mandates or better IAQ, school systems are forcing students AND teachers to become infected.

This is a human rights violation. It is also a civil rights violation for people with disabilities.

This further strengthens my case to file a formal complaint with the US Dept. of Edu. and look to move forward with a legal suit to pressure action.

P.S. I've been silent because my kids are always sick being in school. I use nasal spray for them from South Korea which is the best thing I can do in our situation. There isn't shit being done to protect the health of U12.

I have Long COVID and am suffering and at serious risk. My life (and theirs) depends on action.

I won't stop until it's taken!

Universal masking and social distancing at the start of the pandemic were so effective that they eliminated a strain of flu, and now annual flu vaccines have been redesigned because that strain no longer needs to be included in the shot. Amazing.
