How can my bill be going up by over £100 a month to nearly £500 a month for a family home when I'm in credit by over £1000? Absolute scam from Eon who won't take my meter readings but will take my money
@eonenergyuk
@northernassist you want to tell me it's a coincidence or unintentional?
7/8 of your 7.36 trains from SRO to SHF on weekdays cancelled since 01/09 due to a supposed fault on the train. No trains either side of it cancelled so can't be that serious of a fault! What a joke.
@AllyblueDavies@northernassist@floorforall Let's be fair - these companies have no interest in if people actually manage to use it just if they've paid for tickets that don't get refunded or able to be used. The fact that they keep cancelling the same trains isn't their fault because it's not up them to fix their trains..
@northernassist@floorforall@AllyblueDavies Cancelled again today with more trains needing repair at the same time. Just take it from the schedule or fix it. It's getting ridiculous
@AllyblueDavies@northernassist We once had a conductor tell us they took all the nice trains up to Leeds to run other routes that were deemed more important. Made it clearer why I had to stand with my newborn baby in a pushchair in a bike rack that kept falling over
@northernassist It's happened over 100 times since January for this exact train. We've had to start keeping a log because my husband's employer and our childcare don't believe that one train could be cancelled so often yet none of the others are. Clearly somethings up
@northernassist That's platitudes and as useless as your scheduling. You think people can afford to be late to work on a daily basis or pay excess in childcare because supposedly one train has the same fault every day? Why just that one train?
@northernassist Since then 2 more days and more of the exact same train being cancelled. That's 9/10 weekdays in the last two weeks where you've only cancelled one specific train. How is that reasonable when people need to be able to rely on your timetables for commuting and childcare drop off?
It's now June, so I am giving away my monthly class set of a book from my bookshop @ANewChapterBks.
Simply retweet to win, and please bear me in mind when buying books!

@AllyblueDavies@northernassist They clearly don't give a damn about their passengers. We even got told by one of their conductors all the "good" (newer) trains had been taken to Leeds in the last few weeks and that's why the toilet door locked then jammed with me inside because the train was too old to run
@northernassist it's now Wednesday and so far this week you've cancelled each morning so far. At least twice a week the 7.35 to Sheffield is cancelled because "more than one reason needs repairs." Why is that only the ever one cancelled if more than one needs repairs doing?
@northernassist So it's coincidence or bad design that it's always the 7.35 train? At least twice a week for the last 6 months. Delay repay doesn't help when people can't get to work on time and struggle to rearrange things like childcare last minute because trains are cancelled.... Again.
@easyJet how do you book a flight including an infant who's not born yet? It's not until next year and the baby will be 8 months old by that point but we want to book them early while they're available
