Nice one @Se_Railway - boiling hot platform, whilst empty air conditioner Ed train is sat locked on the platform. Train goes in 7 minutes - any idea why we can’t actually get on? (St Pancras to Dover train).
@Se_Railway Well it’s 2 for 2 on the delayed trains today! Such amazing service... I so enjoying spending a fortune to be late for work and then late home again..
The situation on the high speed this morning @Se_Railway is unacceptable. You cannot empty one commuter train onto another. Expecting people who pay a fortune to stand all the way to St Pancras. Also announcing it late into Ashford so people didn’t have a chance to even get ready
@Se_Railway Given one of your trains has been stuck for nearly three hours, you did know running the trains up would be a risk. How many packed to the gills trains do you now have sitting in a tunnel? We shouldn’t have left Ebbsfleet at a minimum, but really shouldn’t have left Ashford.
@Se_Railway One train should not cause this much chaos on a busy commuter line. If you’d been clear there would be even more delays at Stratford I would have abounded my journey at Ashford. The lack of communication is the worst part. No sign of further delay until we stopped.
Why send the trains up from Ashford if you knew that when we reached Stratford we’d be even more delayed? People are squashed in the train, waiting with no timing about when we’ll be off. It’s not acceptable, given how much we pay for this service.
@Se_Railway my son thinks he has left his wallet on the train that has just left Deal which is on its way to Ramsgate. Is there anyway of seeing if it’s been found please?
@Se_Railway To be honest, that’s not really my problem. I think it’s out of order to not take paying passengers , already on the train, to the stop they have paid for. And the delay repay is paltry, so doesn’t really make up for it.
@Se_Railway it’s is actually ridiculous and out of order that you are chucking us off the train at Dover because we are delayed. So you are making those who have the longest travel be delayed even more. We’ll now be almost an hour late into Deal. This is what we pay so much for..
@CrossCountryUK it’s really disappointing to pay for 1st class for a long journey to find that not even halfway down the carriage they’ve run out of hot food - so we are left with porridge. And the wifi just isn’t up to standard for working (the main reasons for paying extra)
‘New’ club suites on @British_Airways with a missing lid on the biggest part of the surface area - makes it pretty useless for drinks etc. Every single time we fly there is an issue with one of our seats. (Added to being packed onto a bus at a10 - my pet hate). Be better BA.
When you arrange to stay over in London due to various important meetings this week, rather than run the risk of what happened last week with @Se_Railway trains.. and this happens. Honestly cannot catch a break with the service at the moment…
@Se_Railway So yes, basically - wait and see, no guarantee we can get you in to London… delay repay doesn’t compensate for the disruption you have caused to my work life these last two days.
@Se_Railway I see that.. but after I missed an important work event completely yesterday and then being an hour late today, the apology doesn’t really help! Having contingencies, especially after yesterday would be more helpful..but I’ll continue to pay a fortune for substandard service…
Two days in a row @Se_Railway - you do realise that people need to actually get into work on a regular, guaranteed basis? And this is the worst train to cancel as you don’t really cater for us from Deal between 7.30 and 9.30 unless we want to take forever to get into London..
