And you pay 59% fuel duty & 20% VAT
(Tax paid 41.46 of the your £70)

So the government has just taxed you 3 times and got £71.46 tax from your hard earned €100.00 wage and you’ve only received £28,54 worth of fuel the rest is tax.

That’s a tax rate of 71.45%

No wonder people can't afford to live in the U.K

CHELSEA escaped with a mere £10.75m fine for systematically concealing backhanded payments over seven years to rig transfers and gain real sporting advantage by winning 7 trophies during their 7 year period of dodgy deals.
