Looking to work with a long term project with long term goals and ambitious plans. I have the goal in mind to create a structure in a team that has the right fit of personalities as this is heavily undervalued.

• Team macro and synergy creation and development
• Working with players on an "out of server basis", integrating strategies and systems obtained during my bachelor and internships
• In game systems and strategy (everything around set strat´s, gameplans, how to create and build as well as execute such)
• Out of server official and LAN prep, mental prep
• Work life balance, managing workloads and minimizing burnout potential etc
