Last night during the tawdry UFC event on the White House lawn, racist fighter Josh Hokit yelled out "Michelle Obama is a man!" It was a familiar white supremacist trope which asserts that Black women are inherently less feminine than white women.

In her tweet about the incident, Balint included screenshots of files in the Epstein trove that implicate our current First Lady.

"Dear G! How are you?" Melania wrote to Epstein's right-hand woman, sex trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell. "Nice story about JE in NY mag. You look great on the picture. I know you are very busy flying all over the world. How was Palm Beach? I cannot wait to go down. Give me a call when you are back in NY.
Have a great time! Love, Melania."

Maxwell responded by calling Melania "sweetpea" and filling her in on her New York plans. The warm, familiar tone of the exchange makes it clear that the two were close friends, which adds fuel to the speculation that Melania was trafficked to Trump by the Epstein organization. She must be forced to testify the moment that Democrats retake control of Congress.

The contrast between Michelle and Melania could not be starker. The former is compassionate, brilliant, and deeply empathetic. The latter is cold, incompetent, and shockingly comfortable hanging out with pedophiles. So comfortable in fact, she married one.

The disgusting remark about Mrs. Obama last night was not an aberration.

For many years, the rightwing has been pushing a deeply racist conspiracy theory that she’s a trans woman, which is, of course, drawn from a dehumanizing and thoroughly absurd-on-its-face trope that Black women can’t be feminine.

This particular slander against Mrs. Obama has been going on for many years, and watching some quarters of conservative media pretend to be offended by the same remark that they’ve enabled in online spaces all this time strikes me as pretty goddamn pathetic and dishonorable.

But it’s not surprising. I would expect nothing different from Trump and his most ardent supporters.

Any woman they don’t like—let alone hate—particularly Black women, aren’t “real women.”

This is what they do. It’s not accidental.

Don’t let them claim otherwise.

She put into words EXACTLY what we're all feeling...

The "vile and racist comment" in question came from fighter Josh Hokit who yelled out "Michelle Obama is a man!" It was a racist trope, with a long history in America, which asserts that Black women are inherently less feminine than white women. It's designed to dehumanize and humiliate people of color.

Hokit has a history of bigotry. At a previous UFC event, he called WNBA All-Star Brittney Griner, a Black woman, a "man." Clearly, this man feels at home in the MAGA movement because he's surrounded by other white racists.

Trump, predictably, didn't condemn Hokit's remarks. In fact, CNN reported that the President was seen showing a "half-smile” in response to the insult.

The American presidency has hit rock bottom.
