@UPS but then told that it was missed being put on the delivery truck to go over to the island. Then told it just goes on the ferry and she has to pick it up somewhere on the island. She’s only there till Sunday. She forgot her medication’s, which is why I paid that much

@UPS got me again. Paid for overnight air guaranteed delivery. Spent two hours on the phone trying to find out what’s happening with our package. Got an email at 11 saying it was delivered to Southport, it’s supposed to go to baldhead Island. Now told they don’t deliver there..

Definite opportunity for improvement. Bad weather happens. signage on what to do re bags could eliminate multiple questions from customers. Our bags arrived on an earlier flight and were just sitting there.

No one is perfect @AmericanAir may have had a small snafu w/ our luggage heading from CLT to HSV Thurs but the amazing flight attend heading home Sun on the 5:06 flight out of HSV who happened to be wearing a kick ass pin representing his Marine Vet.status made up for it.

@AmericanAir so much appreciation for the amazing crew on flight AA5547 from HSV to CLT at 5:06 today. They kept it light and the gentleman running first class made this mom feel like a VIP. Appreciate the tip notch customer service.
