Running a hedge at the next level is reliant on if the defensive post player has the mobility or not. Raptors have multiple with that type of mobility it works

Screen set, defender trails and the big hedges to prevent the curl no trail and you get burnt. If you think Mitchell isn’t capable of this you’re vastly underrating his defense

@jrichardgoodman He lacks quicks and lift for sure but gotta appreciate how every player plays at a different speed and those that are that skilled can find ways to manipulate defensive schemes and make it work

I do need to see it in the NBA too and I have similar concerns but overall I think Kenneth Lofton Jr game will translate. Elite footwork to get to his sweet spot in the post and finish along with playmaking ability. His high basketball IQ and feel for game will go a long way

There is so much backstory to this young player yes he is a very skilled player , but those who do this for a living have some concerns on if he is a tweener that lacks quicks and lift , will he be able to get his shot off in the low post and midrange game when NBA players show

On mostly lobs he’s a lob threat but not much of a post scorer. Not even going off SL one bit but at Arizona his touch around the rim wasn’t good
