@ekyashjha @svembu Necessary? Absolutely. Unis teach fundamentals. Companies use unique, production-grade tech stacks (different combos/systems). Even top grads need focused training to translate potential into corporate-level productivity. It's an investment, not an admission of low quality.

4. For maids, masks & disinfectants should be given to them and their family, decrease working hours & use shifts if possible . 2/2

@ThePuneMirror 1. Give paid leave if they have sickness. Its not that they have covid 19, but their health can be compromised making them more susceptible.

@Roflindian His only problem, an incompetent govt or othe employee wrote his name as Subodh Dey in a document. And that was all the grounds the authorities needed to separate him from his family (wife and sons) & send him to a detention camp.

@Roflindian Sir, I will give you the example of Subrata Dey. He was declaerd as a foreigner and spent his last remaining days till his death in a detention camp in Assam. His family was considered as Indians as they found their names on the NRC but he was not. 1/2
