This is one of the largest flags ever flown in the United States behind a moving vehicle. Happy birthday America!! I had to share this unreal (but completely real) video by the Diesel Brothers. Insane stuff guys.
The CA Legislature tried to strike these words from the state constitution in 2020 (put there by Prop 209 in 1996). The voters smacked them down when 57.23% said NO—despite the YES campaign outspending the NO team by more than 14 to 1. Now they’re trying again—calling it a “clarification” instead of an effort to gut the provision’s application to public education. Don’t believe them. If approved by the voters, this would be a major change. The aim is to pave the way for the recommendations of California’s Task Force on Reparations. The Task Force wants to make college free to African Americans no matter how well off their parents are and to get school districts to fund individual schools based on the race of the students who attend.
@christopherrufo
To you, it's just a Cracker Barrel parking lot. To me, it's where I gave my life to Jesus Christ.
I was 21 years old. I was working at the Cracker Barrel in Tallahassee after some of the worst years of my life. I'd made mistakes. Real ones.
I grew up in Crown Heights, Brooklyn, raised by a mom who worked hard and didn't accept excuses. But I made decisions that should have ended my story before it ever really started. By the grace of God, they didn't. But every day, I was carrying them.
One afternoon, a church group came into the restaurant, just back from a revival. I served them their meals like I served any other table. But something happened while I was serving them. I can't fully explain it to you. The Lord spoke to me. He said, “Stop running from Me.”
It knocked me back.
I went to find the table, and they were all gone. I could see through their windows that they were getting on their bus, and I knew deep down that if I let them drive away, I was going to keep running. So I went outside. The last woman, just as she was stepping onto the bus, turned to me and asked, “Are you okay?”
I told her, “No ma’am, I’m not okay.” I told her the Lord was telling me to stop running.
That whole bus emptied out, stood with me in the parking lot of a Cracker Barrel in Tallahassee, Florida, and prayed over me right there.
I gave my life to Christ that day. Right there.
I still get emotional about it. Because I know what I was before that moment, and I know what He's done since. He gave me a wife who shares my faith. He gave me three sons. He gave me a career, a community, a calling I never would have dared to ask for. He took a kid from Crown Heights who’d run out of chances and gave him a life that doesn't make sense apart from grace.
People ask me sometimes why I talk about it. Why I bring up the parking lot. Why I don't just keep that part private and let folks see the polished version.
I'll tell you why.
Because there's a young man out there right now — maybe in Tallahassee, maybe in Tampa, maybe in Miami, maybe in a small town in the Panhandle — who thinks his story is already over. Who thinks the mistakes he's made disqualify him from the life he could have had. Who thinks God doesn't want anything to do with somebody like him.
I'm here to tell him: that's a lie.
In life, you're not who you are at the lowest point. You're who you choose to become after.
The Lord met me in a Cracker Barrel parking lot. He'll meet you wherever you are.
You just have to stop running.
Dear @WhiteHouse, my name is Rodney Smith Jr., founder of Raising Men & Women Lawn Care Service in Huntsville, Alabama. Through our 50 Yard Challenge, over 6,000 kids across the country have signed up to mow free lawns for the elderly, disabled, veterans, active-duty military, first responders, and single parents. With America celebrating its 250th birthday this year and me also being born on July 4th, I wanted to humbly ask if a few kids from our program and myself could travel to Washington, D.C. to help mow the White House lawn for this historic celebration.
More than anything, I want these kids to see how a simple act of service something as ordinary as mowing a lawn for someone in need can lead to extraordinary places. What better lesson in community service than showing them that helping others can take them all the way to our nation’s capital? I’d also love to bring my American flag-themed mower in hopes that the President might sign it, so I can later auction it off and donate 100% of the proceeds to a nonprofit supporting veterans. It would be a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to highlight the importance of service, patriotism, and the impact young people can have when they choose to make a difference. 🇺🇸
So let me get this straight…
Citizens get pissed that Colorado roads are held together with crack sealant, expired hopes, and orange cones from 2007, so they launch a ballot initiative to constitutionally force transportation money toward… you know… transportation.
And the State Senate’s response is HB26-1430.
A bill specifically designed to basically go:
“Ok sure, you can vote for road funding… but we’re gonna offset it, redirect it, cut fees somewhere else, reshuffle transfers, and accountant-ninja kick the actual impact into another dimension.”
That is objectively insane behavior.
Imagine your wife gives you grocery money and instead of buying groceries you buy Pokémon cards, vape juice, and a fog machine. Then when she locks the grocery money in a safe you respond by taking money out of the electric bill to buy the same dumb shit anyway.
That’s basically what this is.
The entire point of the citizen initiative was:
• Stop diverting transportation money
• Prioritize roads
• Force long-term infrastructure funding
• Prevent the yearly budget shell game
And the legislature looked at that and said:
“Counterpoint: what if we keep the shell game?”
Colorado government has become addicted to moving money around like a drunk guy shifting debt between credit cards while insisting he’s financially responsible because he used a different Visa this month.
And before somebody screams “BUT THE BUDGET,” congratulations, you just identified the actual issue:
The state doesn’t have a revenue problem. It has a spending priority problem.
You cannot tell people there’s “no money for roads” while simultaneously funding 9 million studies, 47 advisory committees, pilot programs that never end, and bureaucratic ecosystems that reproduce like rabbits the second federal grant money appears.
HB26-1430 is basically lawmakers looking voters dead in the eyes and saying:
“Aw that’s cute. You thought ballot initiatives still controlled government.”

TAKE IT DOWN ACT: FIRST CONVICTION
Today marks the first conviction under the Take It Down Act - protecting victims from non-consensual AI-generated sexually explicit images, cyberstalking, and threats of violence.
Thank you U.S. Attorney Dominick S. Gerace II for protecting Americans from cybercrimes in this new digital age.

I went back to read the resurrection accounts of Matthew and John this morning and noticed something interesting. The first words out of Jesus’ mouth after the resurrection were “go tell my brothers.” And it brought me to tears.
Matthew 28:10. Read it slowly. The stone has just rolled back. Death has just been defeated for the first time in human history. The most consequential moment in the cosmos has just occurred. And the risen King opens his mouth and calls us brothers.
But Matthew alone might not stop you.
So go to John 20:17, where he tells Mary what to tell them:
“I am ascending to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God.”
He does not say “the Father.” He does not say “God.” He says MY Father is now YOUR Father. MY God is now YOUR God.
He rises and the first thing he does is redistribute the inheritance.
This is where most people misread the resurrection. They treat it as a power demonstration. Jesus proved he was God. Jesus showed death who was boss. And those things are true but they are not the point. The point is what he did with the power once he had it.
Because what I have learned in my few years on earth is that when men have power, the immediate instinct is to reclassify.
The people who were their peers become subordinates. The people who called you brother now call you sir. We have seen it in offices, in governments, in churches. Elevation changes vocabulary.
The higher a man rises the lonelier the pronoun “we” becomes.
Jesus rose to the highest position in the universe and his vocabulary did not change. He came back and said brothers. He said your Father. He said our God. He reclassified upward. He used his exaltation not to press us into subjects but to pull us into sons.
This is the actual consequence of the resurrection: ADOPTION. A dead savior cannot make you a son. A dead elder brother cannot bring you into the family. He had to conquer death because brothers share in each other’s life and he could not give us what he had not first secured himself.
Romans 8:29 calls him the firstborn among many brothers. Firstborn means there are others coming. You are not a spectator of his resurrection. You are its intended outcome.
The crowned King looked across the infinite chasm between his holiness and your humanity and the word he chose was not “subject.” It was not “servant.” It was not even “beloved.”
He said brother.
On the other side of death, with all authority in heaven and earth, he said brother.
So celebrate today for everything it is. Celebrate the empty tomb, celebrate the vindication of a man the world tried, condemned, and buried, and whom heaven refused to leave in the ground. Celebrate the sins that are gone and the immeasurable, uncontainable, universe-rearranging power of God on full display.
But do not miss the most beautiful thing.
He did not just cancel your debt. He gave you a name. He did not just acquit you. He adopted you. Forgiveness would have been everything. Sonship is more than everything. And he gave us both.
The risen King called us brothers. That means the Father he returned to is the Father we are returning to. That means the glory he walked into is the glory we are walking toward. That means Easter is not just the day Jesus won.
It is the day you inherited everything he won it for.
Hallelujah! He is risen.
Hello Senator Thune,
Let's expose what you're really doing with "reconciliation."
You announced it yesterday, eleven months after the House passed the SAVE America Act. You're not trying to pass this bill. You're trying to kill it in a way you can blame on process.
Here's how we know:
Reconciliation requires the Senate parliamentarian to rule that provisions are "budgetary." Citizenship verification is not budgetary. Photo ID mandates are not budgetary. The parliamentarian will gut the bill. Then you'll shrug and say "we tried." We see through you.
Meanwhile, you WON'T use the tools that actually work:
Rule XIX limits each senator to two speeches per legislative day. Keep the Senate in continuous session, file cloture daily, and the filibuster exhausts in ~12-20 days. You dismissed it as "complicated." Because if you tried and succeeded, you'd have to actually pass the bill.
Harry Reid nuked the filibuster in 2013 when he wanted results.
Mitch McConnell changed Senate rules THREE times and canceled the August recess.
Chuck Schumer used reconciliation within months on a 50-50 Senate.
You have 53 seats. You've changed nothing, canceled nothing, and waited eleven months.
Now let's talk donors:
• Goldman Sachs: $150K to you - top H-1B user
• Google: $75K - lobbies against E-Verify
• Meta: $72.5K - Zuckerberg's FWD[.]us pushes mass immigration
• Wells Fargo: $90K - banks undocumented immigrants
Same corporations sponsor Punchbowl News, where you sit for "Fly Out Days" which nobody watches except Congress staffers and K Street lobbyists who pays premium bucks for legislative intelligence. Their reporter then telegraphs to the audience the SAVE Act "will ultimately fail."
Corporate money flows to you AND to the outlet that frames your inaction as inevitable.
We see the loop.
You called grassroots anger a "paid influencer ecosystem." YOU are the paid influencer. You take the wrong side of a 80% issue because you are indistinguishable from a K Street mouthpiece, and an ineffective one to boot who won't bend the rules to get anything passed.
What we want:
1. Force a real talking filibuster.
2. Stop hiding behind process.
3. Pass the SAVE America Act.
YOU will become the reason that we will have our butts kicked in midterms. Not Candace Owens, not Nick Fuentes, not anyone else. You and you alone, and all because you want to make the 200 or so viewers of Punchbowl Fly Out Days happy. You're living in a K Street information bubble, addicted to the comforts and praises of lobbyists masquerading as journalists. You mistake the steak and martini dinners you get invited to as your own constituents.
You are not "moderate." The SAVE America Act has 98% support among Republicans. Name one other thing that has 98% support. You are an extreme minority who prides himself on being a calm leader, when in reality you are well in the running for the most ineffective Majority leader of all time.
Prove me wrong. Do the bare modicum of effort. Not symbolic. Actual effort. Cancel the recess. Get SAVE America Act passed.
You Can't Make This Up:
To prevent fraud, the state of Connecticut passed an emergency bill, SB 299, introduced by Democratic leaders and signed into law by Governor Ned Lamont (D) on March 3, 2026 which requires a copy of a driver's license when redeeming >1,000 cans or bottles in a single day at bottle redemption centers.
This measure aims to prevent fraudulent actions, particularly by out-of-state residents crossing borders to exploit Connecticut's higher 10-cent deposit refund rate (compared to 5 cents in neighboring states), which was reportedly costing the state revenue.
🚨 It's ELECTION DAY in State Senate District 39 and State House District 5.
If you live in Senate District 39 (Alexandria City and parts of Arlington County and Fairfax County), get out and VOTE for Republican JULIE LINEBERRY.
If you live in House District 5 (Parts of Alexandria City) get out and VOTE for Republican MARVIN BUTLER.
The most decisive way to stop Virginia Democrats' radical liberal tax-and-spend insanity is AT THE BALLOT BOX!
Pastor Matt Carter was walking the field when a flushed quail flew low and straight at his face. Without flinching, he smoothly transferred the shotgun to his left hand, extended his right, and snatched the bird clean out of the air mid-flight with a perfect bare-hand grab! 😲
