In order to usher in experiences that will feel good, I must fairly consistently feel good right now. Thus I build a bridge from where I am to the place where my good resides. I practice feeling happier now, and I slowly but surely welcome my dreams.
Physical pain & other health problems represent unhappiness taking form in my body.
There can be precipitating factors: a virus, genetic heritage, injury, toxins. But these aren't the inception of the problem; that happens in the unseen world of thoughts & emotions. Always.
If I make myself sufficiently stressed at work, will I guarantee advancement? If I feel adequately guilty about past mistakes, will it reduce the likelihood of future blunders? If I goad myself with anxiety in order to get projects done, will I eventually get caught-up?
Regardless of what transpires around me, I can be safe, I can be secure, I can flourish, prosper, and thrive. My greatest protection - indeed, my only real protection - is my vibration, the electromagnetic signal created by my recurrent good-feeling thoughts.
When I choose to live from a place of optimism and emotional balance, I welcome into my experience a natural flow of love, guidance, vitality, and every other thing I deem desirable. As I practice navigating my life by the star of feeling good, I will never be far off course.
