بر اساس اطلاعاتی که خانواده دو تن از زندانیان معترض محکوم به اعدام در پرونده آتش‌سوزی در پایگاه بسیج خیابان دماوند تهران در اختیار ایران‌اینترنشنال قرار داده‌اند پنج نفر از این هفت زندانی از بند عمومی زندان قزلحصار خارج شده و جهت اجرای حکم به مکانی نامعلوم منتقل شده‌اند.

بنا بر اعلام خانواده‌ها، محمدامین بیگلری، شاهین واحدپرست کلور، ابوالفضل صالحی سیاوشانی، امیرحسین حاتمی و علی فهیم، پنج زندانی‌ای هستند که پرونده آنها به اجرای احکام ارجاع شده است. در روزهای گذشته، قوه قضاییه حکم اعدام چهار زندانی سیاسی را اجرا کرده است.

پرونده این زندانیان در شعبه ۱۵ دادگاه انقلاب تهران به ریاست قاضی ابوالقاسم صلواتی رسیدگی و حکم اعدام برای آنها ۱۸ بهمن‌ماه صادر شد.

پرونده این هفت زندانی به شامگاه ۱۸ دی‌ماه و آتش‌سوزی در پایگاه بسیج «۱۸۵ شهید محمود کاوه» در شرق تهران مربوط می‌شود. بر اساس گزارش‌ها و ویدیوهای اعترافات اجباری منتشر شده در صدا و سیمای جمهوری اسلامی، این افراد نه اقدام به آتش زدن پایگاه کرده‌اند و نه در تخریب وسایل دخیل بوده‌اند، بلکه وارد ساختمانی شده بودند که از سوی افرادی دیگر به آتش کشیده شده بود.
