@1a @JohnPGoodwin Let’s not lump all rescue orgs together. Many do reasonable, practical screening for potential adopters and get dogs from overflowing shelters, mostly in the south. Dogs get adopted and returned to those shelters, multiple times, bec people have unrealistic expectations.
