@SoonerRecluse@pnwguerrilla Neither of those two definitions are ones you should try to portray yourself as. We should be striving for professionalism and competence, not foolishness and callous violence.
@renegademeguide@pnwguerrilla The best opsec is knowing what you can post online and build a following about (and even add disinformation), and then having a completely separate life that isn't on social media at all.
@FDMArms@pnwguerrilla No you're right, why would I protect my livestock when I can just get food at the store? There's always going to be food on the shelves...
@LaborNomad @pnwguerrilla Except this dude was actually cav, and he's bringing that kind of experience to civilians so they don't have to sign away their life and morals to the (((army))).
@RavenPrepper@Brushbeater ODGG is entirely self-sufficient. Money just comes from website gear sales. Even YouTube doesn't pay us.
I say "us", but I'm not even part of the business and I don't get paid by ODGG. Just an engineer who does most of the comms for the team.
@00BuckshotBilly@pnwguerrilla That's a lame point though. Having a $1000 radio is also better than having no radio. The point we are making is that if you're going to get a first radio, it's worth spending a little extra to not be frustrated with a radio you bought "just because it was better than nothing"
@Douglas___Quaid @pnwguerrilla That is for you and your team to decide together.
Remember - radios are for you to talk to other people. Those "other people" should be part of the conversation.
