@DataDecoder11@TeamFUKR@maiasway1@TheChauffeurX@Randall145695 No Rachel there were clearly “missing parts” as the Defense tells CourtTV in Sept 2022 as the Lexus leaves the driveway. Those “missing parts” were found at 34FV including the piece Barros said was “missing” in Dighton BEFORE it was towed. Look and listen.
On Sunday, May 17, 2026, @BostonDefender went on a live fundraiser for Aidan Kearney, the man who is currently facing several felony counts of witness intimidation for his harrassment of witnesses in the Karen Read case and who is also facing a defamation suit from some of the same witnesses, and insinuated that the attorney representing the witnesses had taken text messages out of context and doing so was "BBO material".
It is interesting that David Yannetti would level an accusation like this at anyone for such an act since he himself did this on more than one occasion in his representation of Karen Read.
The first was when he represented in COURT FILINGS and to the general public that Brian Albert and Michael Proctor had a "close" and "intimate" relationship.
In reality, the pair had NEVER met before John O'Keefe's death.
The next, and more egregious and deplorable false allegation was when Yannetti represented a picture of Michael Proctor and three minor female children to be two of Jennifer McCabe's daughters in COURT FILINGS and to the general public.
The minor children whose photo was exploited by the defense team were NOT the McCabes' daughters.
To date neither Yannetti nor a single member of the Read team has issued a retraction or an apology in either matter and both lies are still believed by uninformed members of the general public.
@TheChauffeurX Well the simple solution to this would have been the defense calling the tow truck driver to testify. All of these questions could have been answered under oath.
While risking their careers, their families’ livelihoods, and jail time, and fully aware that within a year Karen’s Lexus and John’s IPhone would play a crucial role in the cOnspIrAcY, the MSP still planted taillight pieces with lightning-quick precision in front of the SERT team and a media truck, in blizzard-like conditions, even though the master plan had already been executed. 2:27-check, Ford Edge-check, sleeping in-check! To the MSP’s relief, a 24 mph reversal at 74.5% throttle coinciding perfectly with John’s IPhone phone going silent forever just fell into their laps. Phew…
