India has many rules and many jugaads. Here's one. Create an LLP and invest abroad without Tax Collected at Source (TCS) or the $250k LRS cap. How much? 4 times LLP net worth in ODI (Overseas Direct Investment) and 50% in OPI (Overseas Portfolio Investment) under an Aug 2022 RBI Circular.

The loophole exists even as the regulated MFs wait endless for their overseas investment limit to be raised. AIFs also wait endlessly for their limit to be raised. Well said !! To do the task in 1 hr the CA has spent sleepless night's to clear exams, worked for hrs and gained experience from his pricipal wherein he has put his 200%.

A friend has salary income of 30L+ & ESOPs, crypto tax, tuition fee etc.

Referred him to a practising CA for his ITR who quoted ₹5,000.

"He'll just take 1 hr. ₹5,000 is too much"

It takes him 1 hr now but he has spent 6 yrs in CA, 4 yrs in practice to do this in 1 hr.

Saying that it's too much for 1 hr, is not right!

Forms ITR 1 & 4 launched and filing started is just for sake of saying. Pls see the actual situation. While filing form 10IE, it says fix the follwoing issue but no issue is displayed, cz of which I'm unable to file form10IE is have to pay extra tax

While filing ITR4 it says technical error. Who is reposible for this technical error?
My client wants to file ITR for visa purpose in next 2days.

& this is the reason why filing of ITR is done at last moment cz your site doesn't work in May and June
