It is soul destroying to see the lack of action by the @DVLAgovuk can cause on someone’s mental health. The frustration with @DriverMedicals for putting down a condition that my husband doesn’t have. I am gutted you can ignore the effect this has caused.

Anyone using @holidaytaxisCS especially in Cape Verde I suggest you look for an alternative.
We paid £38.88 for a return transfer from the airport to our hotel.
On arrival, delivered to wrong hotel.
On return, they didn’t turn, hailed a taxi to take us back to the airport.
At a cost of €25
On returning I called them, I duly did and waited the 28 days then requested to deal with complaint.
Yesterday I was offered £4.68 for the arrival taxi going to the wrong hotel and €25 refund for the additional taxi!

@RoyalMail when will you answer frustrated customers. Posted returns parcel 5th Dec it’s says it’s with Feltham DO on 7th and then nothing. You say message you, I have 3 times, you’ve not read them. I have registered a compliant on 21/12 you had 72 hours, that’s now passed!
