@VirginAtlantic I’ve visited two hospitals and will have a third follow up visit on my holiday. My trip has been ruined because I can barely walk. I would expect some follow up from virgin and yet all I’ve received is “we will look into this”.

@VirginAtlantic I booked a flight with virgin from LHR to LAX on which I was severely burned on my leg because the cup of coffee that was served was scalding hot. I was taken off the plane by paramedics and taken to a hospital.
