@SocialSMktg @DCSCInc Probably cynicism if I'm honest. But really its due to the base need to be "better off". So internally we ask ourselves, does this action make me "better off"? If yes, we move forward, if no, we don't. And "better off" has MANY meanings.

@DCSCInc A. Here's the thing, rewards only work when they are consistently and fairly applied. There are challenges to awards, especially around perception. So for me...its not important for tangible awards, HOWEVER, you should award work ethic with flexibility and autonomy. #USAMfgHour
