@JagexSupport I believe it was a bug. I had to do a forced name change that’s when I noticed it had removed our group member. He was able to log in and it gave him the prompt to change his game mode and his password was never changed.

@JagexSupport have a weird issue. logged into my group hardcore account to see one of our members was removed and we lost a life due to it. We did not kick the member and he has not logged in recently. Players in-game name was ABluePlayers
