A former McCain style Republican cast adrift by the rise of Trumpism. Dedicated to supporting the Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic.
@JJRich59@SenTedCruz Howard clarified that everyone born on US soil was a US citizen except for children born of ambassadors to the US and other foreign ministers. Why? Because they had diplomatic immunity and were not subject to the jurisdiction of the United States.
@SenTedCruz Stop the drama. The Supreme Court simply affirmed the landmark 1898 Supreme Court case United States v. Wong Kim Ark, which established that children born on U.S. soil to foreign nationals are citizens at birth. Birthright citizenship has been interpreted this way for 128 years.

@BoLoudon "...who belong to the families of ambassadors or foreign ministers." It has never applied to parents with diplomatic immunity not subject to the jurisdiction of US law.

@usanewshq He was ducking under the boom mike and didn't want her in the way. That wasn't a kind little pat. Trump was livid and throwing a temper tantrum because he was being asked totally legitimate questions.
@Milajoy IF there was ANY actual evidence that these people committed a crime, do you think for one minute that Trump's DOJ wouldn't be charging them? It isn't happening because they didn't commit any crimes.
@Real_RobN In a separate criminal case, Powell pleaded guilty in October 2023 to six misdemeanor counts of conspiracy to commit intentional interference with election duties in Georgia, related to her efforts to overturn the 2020 election.
@GeriPerna Since President Trump was the Commander and Chief of the D.C. Guard with command authority how did Pelosi pull that off? Since when did Trump do anything Pelosi wanted>
@GeriPerna The 274 FBI agents were deployed to the Capitol primarily for emergency response and crowd control after the riot had already begun. They were dispatched after 2:30 p.m. following a request for help from the overwhelmed U.S. Capitol Police.
@Real_RobN I'm still waiting for someone to explain why the Democrats needed to stage a riot at the Capital to prevent the counting of electoral votes that they already had locked in for Biden to get elected. Why would they want to stop that? I certainly can understand why Trump would.
@LightOnLiberty Steven Miller hates American rule of law. According to the U.S. Constitution, in Article I, Section 2, seats are allocated based on the total population of each state, including citizens and non-citizens, as per the Census Bureau's explanation of apportionment.
@liz_churchill10 Refute this then "The (Senate Intelligence) Committee found that the Russian government engaged in an aggressive, multi-faceted effort to influence, or attempt to influence, the outcome of the 2016 presidential election." https://t.co/BOSAuK9wjy
