@SimiHughJaynus@CoachStokowski@LNehls5@RossDellenger Yeah. Their fans are not the only schools that don’t realize things have changed in a big, bad way. Pretty sure school officials know what they’re up against.
@Glenili_ I think the problem is that professional athletes have too much autonomy. Amateur athletes are totally dependent on their benefactors — otherwise known as boosters, ADs and college coaches.
Just sayin…
@sstaedtler8787@TheChadWithrow Nah. The government MIGHT have control. But it’s not a proven fact yet. Let’s wait until a law is passed and signed before we get all weirded out.
@chatham58 That’s nothing compared to the CFB Stans who are out in these streets capping for their beloved coaches and placing all the blame on the players for cashing in on a system they didn’t create and have no control over. 😄
@LNehls5@CoachStokowski@RossDellenger “Boosters, Rev sharing from ADs” = The Universities.
The colleges could end the “player shenanigans” in a hot minute if they wanted to. Just stop paying them.
They control the system. Blaming the players is like someone blaming the muffler for the car accident happening. 😄
