I was delighted to meet Mr. @KS5, author of Sick Nation. He presented me with an autographed copy of his book which is a must-read for everyone. Mr. Karan has lucidly explained the reasons for the increasing prevalence of diabetes and heart diseases in India. He also provides practical tips to control these disorders by adopting a healthy lifestyle. His book is definitely worth reading and I congratulate him on bringing out such an absorbing and insightful work.

Airline food comes without label and is notorious for hidden sugar & starches. Eating that junk on time is not doing any good. Carry your own food or a pack of mixed nuts always.
@nikitabier Tried it & immediately unsubscribed. It uses an outdated approach to metabolic health by focusing on LDL levels. It also recommends GLP-1 medications & statins, despite my perfect weight & BMI. Statins can cause insulin resistance, the very thing that causes metabolic syndrome 😂
@khushbooverma_ Incorporate Seitan in your diet. Seitan is a high-protein meat substitute made from wheat gluten. A typical serving of seitan (3 ounces or about 85 grams) contains approximately 15 to 21 grams of protein, making it comparable to animal proteins like chicken and beef.
