@VirginAtlantic waited a month for a reply about compensation over cancelled flight and the customer service team said I was only 2 hours late (on a rebooked flight) when in fact I was over 6 hours late from my original flight. And now I could be waiting 2 months for a reply!!!!

@DPDgroup_news update: when they say to dm them they just pass you onto the customer service representatives who are equally as useless. They say they will investigate but dont have the package number or didnt even ask for it

@DPDgroup_news The absolute worst experience with DPD. Drivers pretending to show up to my address to deliver a parcel and taking pictures of random roads to show 'proof'. When I questioned this I was assured delivery would be yesterday but no delivery.

I then told the phone team i wouldnt be in today and to leave the parcel with a neighbour. Driver attempted delivery today and DID NOT leave the parcel with a neighbour. I have called in 5 times and made a complaint and no one has bothered calling back. This is terrible
