@Engineerzero8 @SamsungCanada I'm assuming you mean the quick access shortcut from the pull down notifications bar? I don't have it either. I actually use bixby routines and have it turn on automatically when I leave my house as I usually always have my tablet with me then turns off when I'm home

@Engineerzero8 @SamsungCanada Likely a lie, they seem to continue to say that. I called every week since launch day and they said within a week everytime. I agree, I've been fighting with them to rectify it somehow. On a side note, my order went to preparing dispatch this morning
