🚨 @AlphaCapitalUK Denied My $2,400 Payout and Permanently Banned My Account

I’m extremely disappointed with how Alpha Capital has handled my case. After investing my own money, time, and effort into trading with ACG, I believe I deserve a fair review and a clear explanation.

1/ My payout history

On September 22, 2026, I received a $3,204 payout from Alpha Capital, confirmed by my Certificate of Disbursement.

However, when I requested my next payout of $2,400, ACG rejected it and permanently closed my account, citing an alleged IP address connection with other traders.

2/ I deny the allegations

I have never accessed, managed, traded, or shared anyone else’s ACG account. I do not know the traders allegedly connected to me.

I trade only my own accounts using my personal mobile phone and Smart mobile data. I have used the same email for years and completed KYC verification.

3/ My history matters

During my time with ACG, I received payouts totaling approximately $7,000 or more. I paid for my accounts with my own money and invested significant time and effort into developing my trading skills.

I am not asking for special treatment. I am asking for my case to be reviewed fairly and based on evidence.

4/ I request transparency

If this decision is based on an IP address match, I respectfully ask ACG to explain how that connection establishes a violation in my specific case.

An IP match alone does not necessarily prove that traders know each other, share accounts, or coordinate their trading.

Please review the relevant login records, timestamps, and other evidence before maintaining such a serious decision.

5/ My request to ACG

I am willing to complete reasonable identity verification or attend a video call to demonstrate that I trade my own accounts independently.

I have already contacted ACG by email, but I am still seeking a clear explanation and a fair resolution.

I respectfully request:
• A proper manual review by the Compliance Team
• Clear evidence supporting the allegations
• An opportunity to respond to the specific evidence
• Reconsideration of my rejected $2,400 payout and permanent account ban

@AlphaCapitalUK, I believe every trader deserves transparency and a fair opportunity to defend themselves.

Has anyone successfully appealed an IP-related payout rejection or account ban with Alpha Capital? Please share your experience or any advice. I would genuinely appreciate your help.
