I was literally telling everyone to go with ACG when other firms were doing dodgy things because I genuinely trusted these guys. Even when i first started trading i must have spent over £30k with them…
After 3 payouts, a risk interview and being in the 1% risk group, this is how it ends - terminated over an alleged CID/device issue that I genuinely don’t understand.
I’ve only ever accessed my ACG MT5 from my own iPhone and have never managed or traded anyone else’s account.
I’ve asked them to show me exactly what these 9 CIDs represent and what evidence links me personally to the other accounts.
Honestly, they’ve done me dirty. I guess it’s back to FTMO for me. 🫠
I’ll keep you guys updated on this situation as it develops.
I also know a few people who’ve had similar situations happen to them - genuinely quiet traders who have made £60k+ from ACG and have then been banned despite saying they’ve done nothing wrong. They’ve apparently been told their cases are closed, which honestly doesn’t sit right with me.
It does make you question whether smaller, quieter traders get treated differently from traders with a much bigger public profile. I’m not saying that’s definitely what’s happening, but when you see things like this happening, it’s hard not to question it.
And just to make one thing crystal clear: I am NOT stupid enough to trade someone else’s account, manage accounts or do any bullshit like that. I’ve been involved in trading for around 5 years. After everything I’ve put into this(6 figures), I’d have to be an absolute idiot to risk everything by doing something so stupid.
I’m going to keep pushing this because I genuinely believe there has to be an explanation for what’s happened. I won’t stop just because I’m a smaller trader.
If you told me last week that ACG would do something like this to me, I would have bet my entire life savings saying they wouldn’t. I’ve always said Alpha Futures were great and ACG CFD was great - until now.
What can you do, life goes on eh. But I’ll keep you guys updated

I’ve spent £30,000+ with Alpha Capital Group. 4 years. 3 previous payouts. And now… silence.
Day 3 of my account termination dispute.
Still no response from ACG to the questions I raised about the 9 CID/device identifiers they say were associated with my account and linked to 2 other customers.
I’ve asked some very simple questions:
• What exactly are these 9 CIDs?
• Do they represent 9 physical devices?
• When were they recorded?
• Were they from current or historical activity?
• What evidence shows that I personally accessed or managed another customer’s account?
I only ever accessed my ACG MT5 account from my own iPhone and have never knowingly accessed, managed or traded another customer’s account.
I’ve formally disputed the decision and submitted a SAR to obtain the personal data and technical information relating to the investigation.
Still waiting.
I’ll continue documenting this publicly because I know there are other smaller traders raising similar CID/device concerns who don’t have a massive following.
If you’ve had a similar experience, drop your story below.
I’ll keep updating this thread.

@21stdv Bro i never expected alpha to do any of this bullshit. Understandable if i actually did anything like account manage or something but i aint done shii 😂 i also went to the prop firm expo cause they was there smh
Imagine this…
One day you get introduced to trading.
You start learning.
You’re terrible at it.
You blow accounts. You try different strategies. You lose money. You keep learning.
You try different prop firms.
My Forex Funds.
FTMO.
Another firm.
One by one, things happen. Firms disappear, shut down, or you move on.
Eventually, you find one firm that seems to stick around.
They’re cheaper.
You’ve already spent a ridiculous amount of money learning the game, so you stick with them.
You keep buying challenges.
You keep improving.
Eventually, you start getting payouts.
You’ve now spent over £30,000 with this one firm over the years.
You’ve completed their risk interview.
You’re trading within their risk parameters.
You’ve received multiple payouts.
Everything seems fine.
Then one day…
You request another payout.
The payout goes under review.
You wait.
And wait.
Then the email arrives.
“Your account has been terminated due to a critical security matter.”
Apparently, your account has 9 mysterious device identifiers linked to other accounts.
You sit there thinking…
“What the fuck?”
You’ve only ever traded your own account.
You’ve only used your own phone.
You’ve never managed anyone’s account.
You’ve never knowingly logged into anyone else’s account.
And now, after years of doing business with them and spending £30k+, you’re suddenly accused of something you say you never did.
You start looking around Twitter…
And suddenly realise you’re not the only trader talking about CID/device issues.
Ladies and gentlemen…
Welcome to Alpha Capital Group.
@AlphaCapitalUK
@Spencerxau1@AlphaCapitalUK Same thing happened to me and i’ve never done such thing lol. I even went to prop firm expo because they was there 😂🤣 and this is how they do me lol
Day 2 update on my Alpha Capital Group situation.
Still no response from ACG regarding my formal dispute.
I’ve provided my side clearly and asked some very straightforward questions about the 9 CID/device identifiers they say were associated with my account and linked to 2 other accounts.
I’ve asked them to clarify what these identifiers actually represent, whether they relate to physical devices, when they were recorded, and what evidence they have that I personally accessed or managed another trader’s account.
I’m not asking for special treatment. I’m asking for the evidence behind a decision that has resulted in my accounts being permanently terminated.
I’ll keep documenting everything here as it happens. @AlphaCapitalUK

@camzz892@AlphaCapitalUK@george_kohler Same thing just happened to me after spending £30k+ with Alpha over 3/4 years. Never let anyone access my account. I’ve traded with multiple firms with zero issues, passed Alpha’s risk interview & had 3 payouts. I also made money with Alpha Futures. Now suddenly a CID issue TF
