On 17/9/26 @AlphaCapitalUK closed my accounts and banned me for CID/account management. I need help getting this tweet some traction.

I have a 200k funded account and 100k funded account. Both accounts combined had profit of $6000 (before split) which was due last week.
I have emailed risk and support. No reply since.

I have been trading with Alpha Capital Group since 2024. I have approximately $65000 total payouts (lifetime amount) in this time period.
I have never been involved in account management, group trading or anything of that sort.
I am not a trading influencer, mentor or social media person.
I have an iPhone 11 that I use to enter and exit my trades on MT5 and I have not logged into my ACG accounts on MT5 on any other device except this iPhone.

I have no idea who these people are. I am from the UK and I have no friends/peers in the trading industry. I am a lone trader, I don't share signals or discuss my trade ideas with anyone.

I had a phone call conversation due to my success at Alpha on 01/09/26 and they asked me if I could review ACG on @PropFirmMatch - I did this as I enjoy trading with the firm and the reliability of it.

I have had a risk interview in the past in order to confirm I am the trader trading the account and show my usage of MT5 etc. which all went fine.

On 16/09/26, Harry from the Trader Relation & Content Team emailed me and asked me if I would like to feature in the journey in a short Trader Success Interview on Zoom for 20 minutes and that would be shared on socials such as Instagram, Youtube etc. I was in the process of accepting this and then got banned the next day by risk.

This whole ordeal has been stressful and I would like to get it sorted out asap as I’ve done nothing wrong.

UPDATE DAY 3:
No reply from @AlphaCapitalUK since I put my case forward regarding the CID. Over the last few days, I have seen numerous traders accounts disabled/banned by different firms including ACG. One thing I’ve noted is that the traders with a big following are getting help/reposts/exposure from all these accounts, whilst the “unknown” traders with no social media presence are being ignored.
What a shame this is.

Big creators get a megaphone while small accounts are handed a paper cup. The system is rigged for the popular, leaving everyday users totally voiceless.

It’s wild how the attention economy works: the popular accounts get all the algorithmic backing and free promotion, while smaller unknown traders go completely unheard.

I am asking once again, please can the big accounts help get me the exposure needed in order get this sorted. Thanks

If you are no good to someone, they won’t help you.

Basically the same as the rich get richer and the poor get poorer.
