KPS said goodbye to two staff members who retired last week. Peggy Clement, KPS Music Teacher, and Mary Middleton, KPS Paraprofessional, were wonderful educators who cared deeply for students and were great colleagues as well. Best wishes for an enjoyable retirement!
Our PBS Last-Day-Of-School Assembly at KPS is always a FUN time. That’s especially the case when you are celebrating and throwing “Caught Being Good” tickets totaling 126,755 up in the air!
Don’t forget that tonight is our Family Success Night event and Sheltered Reality will present a spectacular concert for families around 7pm. Here is a clip from the pre-concert this afternoon. Dinner is at 5:45 followed by activities for children & parents w/the concert at 7!
The 5th Annual KPS Art Show happens today and tomorrow. What a great family/community opportunity to view art from our young artists at KPS. You can even leave “fan mail” for them. 🎨 ✏️ 🖼 🖍 🎨

Our PBS assembly featured our DINO-Dance contestants and our winner, Mrs. Gordon All proceeds went to our “All for Books” campaign to purchase more books for KPS. Thanks Mrs. Gordon for jumping into the costume and leading our entire school in a DINO-Dance!
It's been a COLD week and we are ready for it to warm up! Special thanks to our staff members (Ms. Whitney, Ms. Jacinda, Ms. Heather, Ms. Miranda & Ms. Kate) who welcome/greet our students at our parent and bus drop off areas!

The last day before break was an incredible one for KPS students & staff as 530 students and 100 staff members received the GIFT of a free Tiger Pride T-Shirt! Special thanks to our PBS Team and Sponsors for helping this dream project become a reality. #CantHideTigerPride

Today was a special day at KPS as we honored our Veterans! We welcomed well over 50 veterans for lunch as veterans enjoyed eating and visiting with their loved ones that are KPS students.
We are so thankful for our Veterans!
