@rainSouthAfrica could you please let me know if there is an issue with the towers in my area, as i have not been able to stay connected for even 10min without constant terrible connection today
@rainSouthAfrica Day 12 with no connectivity or terrible connectivity, and yet this has bn escalated multiple times. Almost 2 weeks with 3G quality internet and I am paying.

@rainSouthAfrica 1 week with terrible to no connection up until this point. From towers being down, to towers being up and not reaching their level of performance, to my router being the issue, and towers being down again, to still no solution. What's next?
@MarcAJoubert@rainSouthAfrica I believe that to be the case. It honestly seems like we're paying for their staff to earn a salary to sit and do nothing, while we dnt even get the service delivery of what we actually pay them for. All we get is an apology and a pointless phone call, just for formailities.
@rainSouthAfrica Could I please get an update on my connection to the towers in the area being down. I've had minimal to no connection for almost 7 days, and every time an agent calls, it's a different story.
